Tiffany Chepke, Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, LCSW, and Nationally Board Certified HWC
Using a holistic approach, I work with individuals who want to achieve lasting change. I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a graduate certificate in Gerontology. I am nationally board certified for health and wellness coaching (NBHWC). I have over 10 years of experience and the way I view/practice therapy is heavily informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and the understanding of a person centered environment. Using a systems approach to resolve life issues, I help you to facilitate the changes in your life that you wish to occur.
Counseling is provided in a confidential, caring atmosphere with attention to each client's culture and values. I see myself as a collaborator and believe clients are the experts on their own lives. I help them explore their inner world and discover their authentic, peaceful, happy selves.

Most helpful psychiatrist office I’ve ever been to. Dawn, Michael, and Pat have all been so helpful since I’ve started here and the NP, Timothy Balisky, is so compassionate and understanding and gives the best explanations and when I don’t completely understand what he’s saying he will explain it to where I can understand. I’ve never left a psychiatrist office feeling so much better than I did when I went in until I came here. Could not recommend this practice enough!! So efficient!
