Tiffany Chepke, Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, LCSW.
Using a holistic approach, I work with individuals who want to achieve lasting change. I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a graduate certificate in Gerontology. I have over 10 years of experience and the way I view/practice therapy is heavily informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and the understanding of a person centered environment. Using a systems approach to resolve life issues, I help you to facilitate the changes in your life that you wish to occur.
Counseling is provided in a confidential, caring atmosphere with attention to each client's culture and values. I see myself as a collaborator and believe clients are the experts on their own lives. I help them explore their inner world and discover their authentic, peaceful, happy selves. To schedule an appointment, please contact us.
Master of Public Health
Cameryn Duni, PA-C
I’m a board-certified PA with a Master of Public Health whose practice focuses on the young adult population. Having been a ballet dancer for 10 years, I feel a strong connection with athletes of all levels, past or present, and understand the unique challenges they face. I take a personalized approach to medicine that emphasizes the importance of a collaborative relationship between myself and the patient. During our appointments, we’ll determine areas where you can make meaningful, lasting changes to your lifestyle and discuss how to best incorporate psychotherapeutic and pharmacologic interventions into your plan of care. I’m passionate about building open, trusting relationships with my patients while educating and empowering them to live healthy, happy lives.
I received a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from UNC Charlotte and completed the dual-degree MSPAS/MPH program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I am a Texas native, but have called North Carolina home since 2006 when I moved to Winston-Salem to attend the University of North Carolina School of the Arts high school ballet program.
